How cargo moves through the land ports today, and how it will move without paper

Three ways to read the same process for each port: one diagram per phase (only the actors involved in that phase), one actor at a time (which phases the actor is involved in and every step it performs), and the full map. Click any step for the full detail: who, what triggers it, what physical item or paper moves, which document is presented, signed or stamped, which system records it, the decision taken and the handoff. The TO-BE tab uses the same lanes and phases, so the difference is visible step by step, and each changed step names the kind of rule, policy or agreement that must change to make it paperless.
